Founder and Managing Director of Roycorp, Royce’s expertise is in the acquisition, design, planning and construction of Roycorp’s residential property portfolio.
Royce is instrumental in all facets of construction and development including development management, feasibility analysis, project management, design, civil design and tenancy coordination. His experience covers an array of Australia’s property sectors including medium and low density residential, commercial property and hotels.
Royce has more than 20 years’ experience working in property and construction, encompassing all facets of the property life cycle including but not limited to planning and urban design, best practice project management and community integration.
Melissa Ayre
Chief Executive Officer
Melissa Ayre, CEO of Roycorp Pty Ltd, was raised in a family business of commercial and industrial property.
Melissa is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and in 2019, was awarded the HIA Professional Business Woman award at the 2019 HIA Qld Recognition of Women in Building & Construction Awards.
Working as a private practice lawyer and in-house for publicly listed companies for over 15 years, Melissa developed a diverse range of skills and expertise in land subdivision, corporate law, construction, project and structured finance, investment, residential, retail and commercial conveyancing, retail, commercial and industrial leasing, mixed use development and business acquisitions.
A calculated risk taker with industry knowledge, Melissa has built a reputation for fine tuning core business whilst formulating strategies for business growth and diversification through driving sales and providing an interface with stakeholders, government, consultants and regulatory bodies.
Melissa graduated with Distinction from her Bachelor of Business from Queensland University of Technology. She also holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Graduate Diploma in Banking and Financial Services law and graduated from the Company Directors course from the AICD in 2020.
